Welcome Address to the 2024 CIEET

Dear valued partner,

Chinese Service Centre for Scholarly Exchange presents its highest compliments to you and has the honor to invite you to participate in the 2024 China International Education Exhibition Tour (CIEET 2024), which will be held in Beijing, Wuhan, Shanghai and Guangzhou on 13-21 April 2024. Alongside CIEET, the China Study Abroad Forum 2024 (CSAF 2024) will be convened on 12 April in Beijing.

As one of the most influential international education fairs in China, CIEET has been held in over 20 cities around China since its inception in 1999. More than 2,700 universities and institutions from 56 countries and regions have showcased their educational opportunities via this platform to around 1.5 million visitors and nearly 5.5 million online viewers. The China Study Abroad Forum (CSAF) serves as an important platform to help improve global educational governance through shared insights. 

In 2024, CSCSE will continuously incorporate the 2024 CIEET with the “Job Fair for Overseas Returned Students and High-End Talents” and the ”Pre-departure Orientation for Study Abroad”, which not only enables outbound students to get an overview of CSCSE’s whole-process services in relation to study abroad, but also provides a chance for overseas alumni to interact with universities and employers. We believe that CIEET 2024 will offer valuable opportunities to maximize the benefits for both exhibitors and students by gathering stakeholders in one platform.

The Schedule of CIEET 2024 and standard fee is as follows:

Discount Policy: 

1.Each registered exhibitor will be offered online info-display on the CIEET official website. 

2.Early bird Discount: 

A discount of 10% off for exhibitors registered before 20 January 2024 

A discount of 5% off for exhibitors registered before 20 February , 2024 

3.Registering for more than one city： 

A discount of 5% off for exhibitors registered for 2 cities. 

A discount of 10% off for exhibitors registered for 3 cities. 

A discount of 15% off for exhibitors registered for 4 cities. 

Note：This scheme and the early-bird discounts do not count simultaneously. 

4. For those who have pre-registered for the event by 31 July 2023, the disclosed pre-registration discounts shall prevail. 

Note: The organizer reserves the right for final interpretation of the above. 

The participation fee includes the standard booth fee and the value-added service fee. Please refer to the enclosed registration form for the non-compulsory value-added services and their standards. Exhibitors are advised to select the standard booths and relevant value-added services (non-compulsory) based on their needs and are requested to submit the completed registration application form (see enclosed for details) to cieet01@cscse.edu.cn for confirmation of registration.
